I must admit, I could be a little biased about this one because its my roommate! Lisa cannot eat gluten, cow's dairy, or soy... So everything she cooks cannot contain any of that. Which meant that Lisa actually had to learn to cook, and boy has she! She started her blog Amateur with an Apron to share how she is coping with the absence of bread, cheese, and soy. Last night she made tacos for dinner for the two of us, and they were so great and flavorful! She wasn't sure if they would be weird for me since they wouldn't have cheese, but I really didn't miss the cheese.
