Breton Stripes!

  • Remember when I was belly aching (aka whining) about wanting a striped shirt?
  • Remember when my friend Tori brought me a bunch of stuff that she didn't wear anymore?
  • Remember when I got flooded out of my house and so I only have a weeks worth of clothes with me?
  • Remember when it got really cold in Nashville and I didn't have any sort of jacket?

Can we just take a moment and sit back and think about this situation?  Because really, how am I supposed to function as a fashion blogger when I'm having to borrow my boyfriend's blazer?  Really?  So just bare with my own personal natural disaster infused thrown together outfits this week.  I really tried to keep everything as basic as possible just because I only have one suitcase and the rest of my stuff is in storage.  But I mean, think about this for a second... does life get any more real than this?

Trust me, if you want anymore proof of the fact that I don't have it all together, this is it.

A huge thanks to the stripes round up that Jessica did over on What I Wore today.  I am thrilled to be included in this!  Go check out all the lovely ladies who participated in What We Wore: Breton Stripes

  2. I have always wanted a boyfriend that I could borrow clothes from. Unfortunately Chris refuses to buy good jeans, blazers, hats, ties.... he doesn't even have a simple oxford shirt to borrow. Lucky.

I've only just came across your blog (via your wonderful post featured on IFB) and I just wanted to say that I love it here. Great content, great pics...and you rock the bretton stripes to a T.
