Stripes and Strokes

Between the Preds game I went to on Monday and the Julian Casablancas show I went to last night, I think my hearing is a little bit shot.  I still have a dull whurring in my ears from last night.  Sam and I mutually decided to be those people, who wear ear plugs next show we go to.  Anyways, enough of the small talk because besides complaining about my Tetanus Booster I got on Monday (because even at 25 you have to get booster shots)... I don't have nothin else to say!

Black sweater coat: Delias from high school
Striped shirt: courtesy of Tori
Boyfriend style jeans: J.Crew (they are actually boot cut jeans)
Necklace: Modcloth mobile contest
Oxfords: Naturalizer, Ebay

Also, thank you all for your sweet comments.  Just wanted to make sure you all knew I'm not un-human.  I still want new clothes :).

LOVE this outfit! Those jeans look *amazing* on you. Also, it's official. I scheduled a haircut appointment with Amanda and I'm literally going to walk in and say "cut my hair like Amanda's." :) We need to get together soon!

Haha...I mean "cut my hair like Alyson's." That makes a bit more sense. :)

You looks so happy in these. It makes me smile.

Ouch tetanus shot! I had one last year and my arm hurt for days. Hope yours doesn't do that.

  6. re: the ear plugs - did you meet our friend, tony, and check out his professional ear plugs at the show? he was trying to remember how to use them at trivia prior to the concert! also - we need to talk sewing some time! your military jacket and this sweater i saw on a girl outside mad donna's inspired me into think about how fun it would be take old cardigans we don't wear for whatever reason and pep them up with piping, better buttons, etc. i dream these things up all the time but don't end up with the time to create them. i need some partners in crime so i can give myself that creative time!
