Mmmm Thanksgiving!

Happy belated Thanksgiving!  I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday and weekend.  Sam and I did our Thanksgiving very low key.  We had a delicious turkey (which Sam made mostly by himself.. I suggested putting apples as an aromatic).  Sam has this amazing turkey recipe where he puts butter under the skin and the covers the whole turkey in bacon.

I made the sides, twice baked potatoes and green beans wrapped in (more) bacon! 

Absolutely delicious.
