Shades of Gray
A very gray day. Can you tell how much these photos have been edited? Oh, Sam and I just could not get the settings on my camera to take photos yesterday. Did you know that I only use a point and shoot... oh and that I edit my photos in preview? I'm so low maintenance and cheap.
I'm completely exhausted! Yesterday, after work, Sam and I hit up pint and pie night at my east side eatery, Family Wash. I may have had a Schlafly Pumpkin Ale which has a much higher alcohol content that the typical PBR I drink on pint and pie night. Therefore after two beers (one pumpkin, one hoptoberfest) last night, I was absolutely useless. I was entirely exhausted and fell asleep watching Cool Hand Luke on Sam's couch. I slept for an hour, and then he woke me up and told me to go home. As I was about to pull away from his house, he threw a handful of leaves on my windshield. I'm not going to lie... it was really cute.
My tights? Funny thing, I was surprising people all day because for the most part, people would only see me from the waist up (workin' the front desk this week). If they happened to venture behind my desk, POW! amethyst tights! This is my first batch of We Love Colors tights. They fit so well! Do you realize how great it is to wear a pair of tights and not feel like its giving you lapband surgery?

I wouldn't mind stealing that necklace!
ReplyDeletei've been holding out on buying some we love colors..been hearing mixed reviews! is the quality decent? they look great!
ReplyDeletealyson, you're adorable!!
ReplyDeleteyou asked me last night about which pumpkin patch we went to.. it was called Bottom View Farm - http://www.bottomviewfarm.com/. it costs just five bucks to get in and that includes a pumpkin, so you should really go! it was lovely there. they have something haunted late at night, like a hay ride or something, but I was too much of a coward to check it out. but I bet it's fun :)
there's one called Honeysuckle Hill Farm (http://www.honeysucklehillfarm.com/) in Springfield and Gentry's (http://www.gentryfarm.com/) in Franklin that looked good to us, too. hope this helps! I looove pumpkin patches.
great tights, they work really well with the whole outfit
ReplyDeleteOoh, I love that necklace! I saw a similar one recently and was trying to think of the best way to style it...
