My darlin' Clementine
Wowza! I think these pictures look better than the actual outfit looks! I wore this outfit briefly this morning to go fill out some paperwork and grab some Dunkin' Donuts. I had a pretty blah weekend. On Saturday, I helped Sam with his chores, updated his resume, and then we went down to Hillsboro Village to get replace a ring of mine that he lost when we went to Holiday World. Now, what I am about to say, I never ever thought would come out of my mouth. After living in East Nashville for only a few months, Hillsboro Village already feel a little foriegn and odd to me! Which is weird.... That area of town used to be my favorite place to go! Then Sunday, I moped about the house, did laundry, and did my nails. Oh, I almost forgot! Friday, I went out and saw Michael Ian Black! He was hilarious and definitely perked up my mood, as again on Friday, got myself in a mopey mood.
I am really digging the 1950's vibe this outfit has. I added the fabric flower pin as a last minute accessory and my hair is styled as such because I haven't washed it since Saturday and I don't plan on washing it until tomorrow morning. It is a little disgusting at this point but I had one errand to run where I had to look nice, and the rest of the day I am lounging by the pool, going to the grocery store, and getting a spray tan. I've never had a spray tan before, so I may take before and after photos of my skin. Here's to hoping I don't look like an oompa loompa.
PS- If it was appropriate to wear red lipstick everyday, I would. I LOVE the way it looks on me.

ReplyDeleteThis is so ridiculously gorgeous and jaw-dropping, and amazing, and utterly perfect.
ReplyDeleteAlso- there is NOTHING inappropriate about wearing red lipstick everyday. Even if you are just like, walking your cats around the laundromat in your sweat pants.
