Top Knotch!

A few weeks ago, I was contacted by the lovely people at Trixxi asking me if I would be willing to wear some of their dresses and other clothing on my blog.  After taking a look at the clothes they had to offer, I knew that their stuff was right up my alley.  I said yes, and on Friday I received a package on my door step.  Oh, it felt like Christmas!

I couldn't wait to wear this dress out on the town!  I wore this Saturday night to grab dinner with my friend Amberly and then the next day to hang out with Sam.  This dress is incredibly comfortable for a strapless dress.  I don't even have to wear a bra with it!  The skirt of the dress is lined, which is always incredibly beneficial.  With wearing the dress two days in a row, the bodice stretched out a bit, so I am going to try to throw it in the wash and see if that will shrink the fibers just a bit.

Dress: courtesy of Trixxi* (available at department stores)
Locket: family heirloom
Wedges: Target

*I received free products from Trixxi in exchange for this review.

  1. That dress looks super comfortable, congrats on the company contacting you! I really like the pattern on the bottom, and not needing a bra is always a plus in the summer!

  2. Sweetheart is a great neckline on you. I also love how you paired it with a casual topknot and sandals. It makes the whole look pretty, but still laid back.

  4. This dress is adorable & I just love that locket!

And any dress that I don't need to wear a bra is pretty much the bee's knees!

P.S.- I have a little gnomey on my front steps, too.
